This instructor-led, live training in Australia (online or onsite) is designed for intermediate-level supervisors and programming officers looking to deepen their expertise in administering SharePoint and effectively leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

• Grasp the core principles of SharePoint architecture and administration.
• Configure and manage SharePoint sites along with user permissions.
• Implement security and compliance protocols within SharePoint.
• Integrate and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot features to drive organisational productivity.
• Apply best practices for data governance and content management.

This practical, interactive course introduces participants to AI agents within Microsoft 365 Copilot and demonstrates how they can develop their own simple agents without requiring any coding skills or additional tools.

Participants will examine Microsoft-developed agents such as Researcher and Analyst, gain insight into how AI agents operate in a business environment, and learn to design and utilise their own agents by employing structured prompts and workflows within Copilot.

The course centres on real-world scenarios, empowering participants to automate routine tasks, enhance productivity, and create reusable AI assistants that can be effortlessly shared across teams.

By the conclusion of the session, participants will have constructed their own AI agent and will be equipped to apply this methodology in their daily work.

This program is tailored for finance professionals who already utilise AI tools and wish to transition from occasional use to confident, consistent daily practice with Microsoft Copilot. Participants will refine their prompting techniques and apply Copilot directly to practical finance tasks, such as data reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The day is highly interactive, centred on live exercises using realistic finance datasets. All activities follow two parallel workflows: one for Copilot Chat (Basic, included with Microsoft 365) and one for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium, paid licence), ensuring every participant works with the license they currently hold.
